Instant MCP provides software integration services, specifically converting existing APIs into Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable seamless connection with AI models. The scope of each project is defined in the individual service agreement or pilot package selected.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the necessary API access and documentation required for the integration. You must ensure that you have the legal right to share such data and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
The proprietary tools and middleware developed by Instant MCP remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the specific custom implementation created for your business.
5. Limitation of Liability
Instant MCP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Instant MCP is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
